Dr. Erik Gregersen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1995. Upon graduation, Erik served as an Army Officer for four years before working in operations management as well as several sales and marketing positions.
Erik returned to school and graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Concordia University of Wisconsin in 2011. While in school he also worked part time as a CrossFit Trainer/Coach as well as becoming a Certified Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. He has remained active in CrossFit since beginning in 2007. Upon graduation Erik completed a year-long orthopedic manual therapy and sports medicine internship. He has also earned his Board Certification as an Orthopedic Specialist (OCS), is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and has an advanced certification in Functional Dry Needling. Additionally, Erik has earned the prestigious honor of becoming a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapists. He completed this rigorous program (that less than 1% of physical therapists complete) in approximately three years. This is the highest level of clinical education that a physical therapist can attain.
Erik is integrally involved in the profession striving to better himself as well as acting in the role of a mentor. He is an active member of the Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Wisconsin Chapter (WPTA) where he serves as the Academic Liaison Committee Co-Chair. He also serves in numerous roles as a mentor within the WPTA and Froedtert Health. Additionally, Erik teaches continuing education courses for other physical therapists throughout the state and region.
Erik has a passion for evidenced based hands-on physical therapy integrating individualized exercise prescription to treat the spectrum of orthopedic conditions. Dr. Matt Paluchniak attended Concordia University Wisconsin, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2012 and then his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. During his time at Concordia, he had the chance to compete and work clinically with college athletes. Matt played all four years of his undergraduate studies on the Men’s Basketball team and was named co-captain for his last two seasons. While in school, he was able to work with many of the Concordia athletic teams and several area high school teams in an athletic training role.

After graduate school, Matt pursued additional professional education and training to become a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist through an extensive 18-month physical therapy Orthopedic Residency program with Evidence in Motion. Through this program, Matt was able to hone his manual therapy skills and clinical decision making to help his clients at the highest level. Placing a high value on evidence-based practice, hands-on manual techniques and prescribed exercise, Matt has pursued additional training and education through several specialized courses to advance his skills, including dry needling.

When he's not in the clinic, Matt enjoys doing CrossFit with his wife, Sam, and spending time with their sons, Cal and Griffin.

Dr. Brad Johnson attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he achieved his bachelors of science in Exercise and Movement Science and went on to obtain is Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. During his undergraduate time he completed an internship with UW Athletics Strength and Conditioning working with men’s and women’s sports teams. He also worked as a personal trainer and Olympic weightlifting coach in the university rec sports department. While in graduate school he had the opportunity to gain rehab experience in professional athletics working at EXOS in Phoenix, AZ with athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, and elite collegiate/high schools.
Professionally, Brad has continued to work in the sports medicine and orthopedic setting, working with patients from a wide variety of backgrounds including professional, collegiate, youth athletics, active adults, and fitness athletes. He has pursued further advancement in the field becoming a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and completing a rigorous 3 year fellowship program becoming a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. Other certifications include dry needling, clinical management of the fitness athlete, and USAW-L1.
Outside of the clinic you’ll find Brad at the CrossFit gym working on his fitness, hiking and exploring the the north east, or pursuing his other passion….golf.

Samantha completed her undergraduate degree at Concordia University Wisconsin in rehabilitation science and pursued her master’s in occupational therapy at CUW, graduating in 2013. While at CUW she was a valued member of the women’s soccer team. Her previous clinical experience includes more than a decade of working with adults in the physical disability and rehabilitation setting, primarily in inpatient rehabilitation.
Over the past several years, Sam discovered her passion for pelvic health and wellness through her own pregnancy and postpartum journey. She is passionate about helping others, especially pregnant and postpartum moms as they navigate through the many changes they are experiencing. She utilizes a holistic approach and addresses the client’s mental, physical, and emotional health and well-being all while helping clients return to the activities they love with confidence and resilience.
When Sam is not at the clinic, you can find her chasing around her two active boys, Cal and Griffin, drinking lattes or cold brew coffee, swimming and beating Dr. Matt in a CrossFit workout!
