We are CrossFitters, runners, moms, dads, and athletes in a gym near you. And just like you, we want to continue these activities because they keep us healthy, fit, and feeling great. We’re not going to “shut you down” like other medical professionals who don’t understand the nuances or demands of your sport. We’re in the business of finding ways to help you keep doing what you want… and doing it better!
