Dr. Rachel Ludwig earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rosalind Franklin University in 2025. She completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Wisconsin–Parkside, where she was a standout member of the women’s volleyball team. Rachel served as a team captain for three years and was named to the program’s All-Decade Team, reflecting her leadership, work ethic, and competitive drive.

During her time at Rosalind Franklin University, Rachel gained extensive experience across clinical, research, and performance settings. She worked as a research assistant at the university, a sports performance coach with ETS Performance, and a personal trainer. Through these roles, she has worked with athletes of all ages and levels—from youth and recreational athletes to collegiate and professional competitors.

Rachel has contributed to the advancement of the profession through research, earning co-authorship recognition for abstracts and posters presented at the American Physical Therapy Association’s Combined Sections Meeting (2026) and the American Society of Biomechanics Conference (2025).
​
Clinically, Rachel is passionate about pain science, optimizing athletic performance, and pushing the boundaries of what physical therapy can offer active individuals. She is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while continually learning, researching, and refining best practices to help patients move, perform, and live at their highest level.

Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys lifting weights, playing sports, spending time with her corgi, Luna, and cheering on her husband, Max, at his soccer games.
