Wow…my shoulders feel tight again today. What did we do yesterday? Yikes!
Hmm, can’t remember. It's probably no big deal, other people talk about having stiff shoulders too.
(Looks at gal doing mobility work before warm up)
Well, except for her, she definitely doesn't have tight shoulders. How the heck does she do that? She must be double jointed or something.
Gal with “awesome shoulder mobility”:
Oh crap, that guy is looking at me. He’s going to ask me what I’m doing and I have no flippin’ clue. He’s gonna ask what I’m doing and then he’ll know I’m just doing what I saw on Instagram last night. Sure, I can move my arms however I want to, but as soon as I get on the pull up bar or get some weight overhead, it’s a different story.
(Nonchalantly grabs band and tries to do the same thing)
Uh, nope that ain’t happening. Ok, play it cool and just move into a different stretch. Nothing to see here folks.
(Wanders over to the little band thing hanging on the wall)
I’ve seen other people do that before class. They must know what they’re doing.

Yes. We've designed Strong Shoulders to be a progressive program that allows you to improve your shoulder strength, mobility and control in a targeted way that helps you crush it in the gym. This program takes you through several different shoulder exercises that address the most common issues at AND around the shoulder in an easy to follow format, so that you can get the most out of your time at the gym.
I don't have time to do tons of extra accessory work at the gym. How long will this take?
We believe in being as efficient as possible. That said, in order to truly see adaptations you want, you need to put in sufficient time and work to get these results. With a focused, dedicated effort 15-30 minutes a few times each week should be enough time to make noticeable improvements.
